Support that actually answers.
A customer service chatbot you train by talking to it, the way you would brief a new employee. It answers your customers from what it has been told — and only from that. The bubble in the corner of this page is it, running live.
Train it by
talking to it
Say "we're closed Sundays" and it writes down the fact, confirms what it learned, and remembers. Corrections update the entry instead of duplicating it. When it does not know something it says so honestly and logs the question, so you teach the answer once and are done.
